I attended the ‘business writing skills’ course, where Michael was the instructor. Considering, that this was the first time I have attended a class in such a format I was slightly sceptical about how effective it would be.
A few minutes into the course and my concerns were slowly fading away as the content seemed highly interesting and the instructor was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information. Michael worked constantly towards engaging with all the participants throughout the course and did a great job pacing everything and accurately addressing student questions.
It was most definitely a great pleasure attending Michael’s course and I would highly recommend this course to anyone.
